The hotel was truly exceptional and the location was perfect very close to sightseeing locations as well as the best shops in Paris. The a double room was beautifully maintained and well-appointed with comfortable decor, so that guests had essentials....

Location: the hotel was adjacent to the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower, sightseeing and Champs Elysees. We found nice Renoma Cafe Gallery nearby with hot beverages.

The breakfast was adequate. Not great, but ok. A little disappointing considering this is a 4 star hotel.
The bathroom towels were not very good. Flimsy would describe them.

we took a junior suite as we were going with two small kids - it was big, lots of space to play and run around - big bathroom fo rchanging nappies... healthy breakfast with lovely staff that dont bother when kids are running around. Bets...

The staff was absolutely courteous, so I would stay here again. Many things to mention - everything was clean, excellent food, GREAT views. I liked large room, it had an extremely comfy bed, a work desk, tea and coffee making equipment, and a TV....

An ideal location near Champs-Élysées sets this classy hotel apart, yet there are areas needing improvement, notably during breakfasts and maintenance. The ambiance is lovely, but small rooms and the occasional noise disrupted the experience. Friendly staff are a plus, but some requests went unaddressed. A mixed bag overall for the price paid.

- Location Location Location is the best feature in this hotel, it is 1 min walk to the Champs elysee. - The free internet in all the rooms.
- We booked 2 rooms. One of them the A.C. was down. We asked the staff to fix it but the technical support didn't fix it untill we complained to the manager. It is true that they provide us a fan, but still, its sound was annyoing. Moreover, everytime we leave the hotel, the room service used to take the fan and we had to ask for it again. - The room service was veeeeery slowwwww. They would take ages to bring us a blanket, a pillow or the fan. - If you want an iron and an ironing board, then the hotel will tell you that you have only an hour to iron your clothes and they will take back. (sooo not 4star hotel service)
